How do you use the tricology caps?

Take one tricology caps capsule daily, preferably at the same time each day, with a glass of water. Swallow the capsule whole. One jar contains 60 capsules (34.8 g), enough for around two months with daily use. Food supplements work best with regular, long-term use, so don't expect a result after a few days. Combine the capsules with the tricology lotion and tricology shampoo if you also want to care for the scalp and hair itself.

Active ingredients

Biotin. Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. This is an authorised nutrition claim under EU regulation.

Zinc. Included as zinc citrate. Like biotin, it contributes to the maintenance of normal hair.

Selenium. Included as L-selenomethionine. Like biotin and zinc, it contributes to the maintenance of normal hair.

Vitamin B5, B6 and B12. Included as calcium D-pantothenate (B5), pyridoxine (B6) and cyanocobalamin (B12). These B vitamins are water-soluble and aren't stored in the body, so a daily top-up through diet or a supplement stays necessary.

Vitamin D3. Included as cholecalciferol.

Vitamin E. Included as DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate.

5α-BLOCKER®. The name mesoestetic gives to a blend of plant extracts in the formula, from safflower, nopal cactus and rice.

L-cystine, L-methionine and L-arginine. Amino acids in the formula. They're building blocks naturally found in keratin, the protein that makes up most of the hair.
