Do I receive a discount?

You get 15% off your first order and 10% off your following deliveries through your subscription, applied automatically – no discount code needed.

Discounts cannot be combined.

Can I skip a delivery?

Of course! You can skip one or more deliveries, or pause or cancel your subscription completely.

When do I receive my first delivery?

Your first delivery will be shipped right away, just like a regular order. After that, you will automatically receive your products at your chosen frequency.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Very simple: log into your account and to "Subscriptions" and click "Cancel subscription".

Can I choose my own delivery day?

Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to choose a specific delivery date for your subscription yourself.

You can, however, choose how often you would like to receive the product again: every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks.

For example, if you start a subscription on a Friday and choose a delivery every 4 weeks, your next order will be shipped again 4 weeks later on a Friday. This will then be repeated every 4 weeks.
