The anti-stress mask is an intensive facial mask built around Rhodosorus Marinus Extract and saffron flower extract as its core actives. The name anti-stress refers to Urban D-tox, an ingredient that protects the skin against pollution and oxidative stress. That's stress on the skin from outside influences, not mental stress.

How do you use the anti-stress mask?

Cleanse your skin first with a cleanser. Then apply a thick layer of the anti-stress mask to your face and leave it to absorb for fifteen minutes. Remove the mask with a lukewarm compress or flannel. Use the mask once or twice a week.

You can also use it as an overnight mask: apply a thinner layer and leave it on overnight. We don't recommend this for oilier skin. The mask can sting slightly when you first apply it. That's not a reason to stop, since it's formulated to work even on the most sensitive skin.

The anti-stress mask's formula contains four active ingredients that calm and protect the skin.

• Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder): part of a calming plant complex with chamomile and calendula. It soothes irritated skin and leaves it looking calmer.
• Rhodosorus Marinus Extract: an extract from a red microalgae. It works on skin sensitivity and visibly reduces redness.
• Saffron Flower Extract (Crocus Sativus Flower Extract): works alongside Rhodosorus Marinus Extract on skin sensitivity and visible redness.
