How do you use C-Tetra Luxe?

Use C-Tetra Luxe in the morning, on cleansed skin. Cleanse your skin first with a cleanser, the product you use to wash your face. Then massage four drops of the serum into your face, neck and décolleté. Let it absorb fully before you apply a hydrating cream.

In terms of vitamin C concentration, C-Tetra Luxe sits between the two other serums in Medik8's C-Tetra range. It contains 14% Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, complemented with Squalane, Passionfruit Oil and Optimised Red Ginseng for a richer formula. The regular C-Tetra contains 7% of the same form of vitamin C, without those extra ingredients. The C-Tetra Advanced goes further, with 20% stabilised vitamin C and phyto-exosomes, small plant-based particles that deliver ingredients to skin cells. Active ingredients

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, 14%. This is a stable, oil-soluble form of vitamin C. Vitamin C works as an antioxidant: an ingredient that captures free radicals, unstable particles that cause cell damage. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate protects the skin from free radicals and stimulates collagen production. That reduces fine lines and wrinkles, so the skin tone looks fuller and brighter.

Vitamin E. This is also an antioxidant. Vitamin E protects the skin from free radicals.

Squalane. This is an oily substance that also occurs naturally in the skin itself. Squalane keeps the skin feeling soft.

Passionfruit Oil (Passiflora Edulis Seed Oil). This is a plant-based oil, pressed from passionfruit seed. Passionfruit oil nourishes the skin and soothes it.

Optimised Red Ginseng (Panax Ginseng Root Oil). This is an oil extracted from the root of the ginseng plant. Red ginseng is a nourishing ingredient that contributes to a more supple skin.
