The formula combines activated charcoal with salicylic acid and Sodium Phytate. Charcoal binds dirt and built-up residue to its surface, and salicylic acid clears built-up oil from the follicles. Tap water carries small amounts of metal, picked up from the pipes, and those particles settle on hair as a dull film. Sodium Phytate binds those particles, so less metal stays behind on the hair. Active ingredients
